Advanced Home Health and Hospice of Cleveland has an opening for a PRN Hospice STNA to cover our Cleveland market. This position will start at PRN status with the potential to move to Full Time status. Candidates will demonstrate strong clinical knowledge, effective communication skills, reliability and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
- Assist with medical procedures as directed by medical professionals
- Provide support to patients with special needs, including behavioral health patients
- Document patient information accurately and timely using electronic health record systems (Matrix Care)
- Assist with the maintenance and management of durable medical equipment (DME)

Experience:

- Previous experience working with elderly is preferred
- Previous Home Health and/or Hospice experience is required

Please note that specific training will be provided to ensure proficiency in all required areas.
